ORGANISING THE TRANSPORT How will we travel? This is another nerve centre of any event. Organising the transport means optimising resources to avoid congestion or delays which, in turn, means optimising the timing. For example if we are organising an international congress we must look into the transfer of the guests from the airport to the venue or if it is a fair in a small town then we must make sure that there are adequate parking facilities etc.
